To ensure clarity and consistency, we operate with defined delivery windows that accommodate our full portfolio of products. The details below outline our end-to-end process and what you can expect once your order is placed.

We partner with a curated network of trusted fulfillment specialists to deliver a refined, seamless experience across our entire product range. Delivery times vary slightly by product, so we provide clear estimated ranges to ensure transparency from checkout to delivery.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods or high-volume launches, processing may extend by one additional day. If we anticipate any material delays, we will communicate proactively.
Delivery Times
To maintain consistency across multiple fulfillment locations, we work with a delivery window that accommodates all products:
Standard UK Delivery: 5–10 business days
Total Delivery Window (processing + shipping): 6–13 business days
Selected items may arrive sooner depending on warehouse stock levels. Where applicable, an Express UK Delivery window of 2–5 business days will be displayed directly on the product page.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels. This ensures faster delivery and avoids unnecessary delays.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided as soon as the item has been dispatched. Some items may update at different stages depending on the fulfillment partner.
Delivery Exceptions
Delivery times may vary during public holidays, seasonal periods, or due to courier constraints. Any significant delay will be communicated directly.
International Fulfilment
A selection of our products is shipped directly from our European design partners. Where applicable, the shipping origin is clearly stated on the relevant product page.
For orders containing items shipped from the EU:
- Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days
- UK customers will pay import VAT (20%) and a courier handling fee upon delivery
- Products originating outside the EU may also incur customs duties
- These charges are set by UK customs authorities, collected by the courier, and are the responsibility of the customer
