Each step is handcrafted to order by Cat's Atelier in Poland, with an MDF platform upholstered in soft felt. Four platform colours available: Beige, White, Grey and Brown.

As each piece is made to order, production plus delivery to the UK typically takes 5 to 8 working days. UK delivery is free on orders over £75, otherwise £6.99. Import fees on EU shipments are absorbed by Deluxe Pet Co, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
We accept returns within 30 days on unused items in their original condition.

The fixings you need are included - screws, bolts and wall plugs. The piece mounts to the wall on its bracket. On plasterboard, fix directly into a stud or beam so the wall can carry the weight securely.

The frame and mounting hardware carry a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Cushions and fabric covers are treated as refreshable textiles and carry a 2-year warranty. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Every shelf, house and step is made to order in a small workshop in Poland. Metal and wood construction is guaranteed for five years; cushions and fabrics carry a two-year standard warranty. Production plus FedEx transit to the UK typically runs five to eight business days.
