The making of itThe story behind the piece, and why we chose it
Some trips are a short hop to the vet and some are a long day away, and a carrier should suit both. Volata opens at the front and the top, so your dog can step in without being lifted, and the mesh panels let air move and the view in. A short integrated leash keeps them settled, a privacy screen rolls up at the side opening when they want a quieter ride, and the soft padded mattress lifts out for cleaning or a rest stop.
You carry it however suits the day: by hand, over the shoulder on padded straps, or slotted onto the handle of a wheeled suitcase. The outer fabric is water-repellent polyester made from recycled PET bottle yarn, in a quiet Asphalt grey, in two sizes.
Why we chose this
We chose the Volata because it is a carrier that works for the dog and the owner: two ways in, good airflow, a removable padded mattress, and three ways to carry it.
