There is something quietly wonderful about a small dog wearing something made entirely by hand. Whether your miniature dachshund is trotting ahead on a morning walk or your toy poodle is curled up in a patch of winter sunlight, the Northern Lights collar catches the light with the same shifting palette that inspired its name: cool teals, deep violets, and soft Arctic blues moving together as they move.
Every collar in this collection is hand-spliced by Laura in her Oxfordshire studio, working in small batches so that each piece receives her full attention. The rope itself is a tightly braided marine-grade cord, chosen for the way it holds both colour and form without stiffening against soft fur, and the result is a collar that sits gently on even the most delicate necks.
Because the construction relies on Laura's splicing technique rather than adhesives or heat-bonding, the collar holds its shape and colour through months of daily wear, muddy fields, and coastal walks alike. These are made in small batches and Orders are typically dispatched within 8-10 days.

Available in two sizes. All measurements are internal circumference - measure around the inside of your dog's current collar, not around the neck. The 3D nature of the rope means measuring an existing collar gives a more accurate fit.
