There is a moment, just before the lead clips on, when a dog dances with anticipation at the door. The collar around their neck should feel worthy of that joy, something they wear with ease and you reach for with a quiet kind of pride.
Each Royal collar is hand-spliced by Laura in her Oxfordshire studio, working in small batches with a technique borrowed from traditional maritime rope-making. The result is a collar with a natural give and softness that sits gently against the coat, shaped by skilled hands rather than pressed out by a machine.
Rope construction means the collar moves with your dog rather than against them, resisting the stiffness that leather and nylon can develop over time. Because Laura works to order in limited runs, Orders are typically dispatched within 8-10 days.

Because our collars are crafted from 3D rope, the most accurate way to size is to measure the internal circumference of a collar your dog already wears comfortably. If your dog has no collar, measure gently around the base of the neck where the collar will sit, keeping the tape comfortably snug, then choose the size whose range includes your measurement.
